There are many advantages of travelling with a group – if they aren’t your friends yet, they will be soon! We have many group bookings “under our belt” here at Bradley Travel and Tours, and your group will appreciate our organization and experience. A wedding in Mexico? A family trip to Disneyland? A culinary tour in Italy?

Head out with a group and enjoy a destination you may not be brave enough to try on your own. Travel providers may offer savings for groups, you may forge strong new friendships, and a group enjoys an increased sense of security.

All-Inclusive Group Vacations FAQ'S

Here on the West Coast, we use three main suppliers: WestJet Vacations, Air Canada Vacations, and Sunwing Vacations. Currently, all three suppliers have a minimum of ten booked adults to qualify as a group.  There are also frequent promotions and perks for groups, ask us when you enquire!
All-inclusive vacations are available in Mexico, many Caribbean destinations, and a few destinations in Costa Rica.  These vacations include your flights, your resort stay, your meals, your beverages, and your transfers.  Your baggage and seat selection are not usually included but may be included for your group depending on current promotions.

We think it is important to select a resort that best suits your interests, and we can help with this! Do you want a swimmable beach? Are you looking for a party or adventures?  Or do you need a resort that caters to young families? Let us do the research for you!

Probably not, but with advance planning, and a firm commitment from the group members, what we hope to gain is more value for your money.

The fee will depend on the size and complexity of the booking, and it will be quoted ahead and charged per person at the time of final payment.

 I can give you a few reasons!

  • We do the arranging for you. It is a lot of work to be a group leader!
  • We scan for the best price and we secure group quotes from the supplier.
  • We try our best to listen to your needs and suggest a resort you will enjoy!
  • We apply payment and deposit for you, and your information is supplied to us by a SECURE registration form to protect your valuable information.
  • Your group may qualify for private transfers.
  • Your group will qualify for blocked seating on the plane.
  • We manage any updates from the supplier/flight, and we communicate them directly to the group!
  • We may be able to secure special perks for your group!
  • We are really nice people!
 Resorts price rooms based on double occupancy – this means they expect 2 full paying adults in each room.  If you are single, they charge a single supplement rate – which is only slightly cheaper than paying for 2 guests!
 When we book your room at a resort in Mexico or the Caribbean, we will note your bed request.  Resorts and suppliers never guarantee this request; however, it is rare to hear from someone that they didn’t get their bed request.
Yes, and we will review this with you when you make your booking.
Depending on which supplier we use, they may have their own travel protection plan that you can purchase at the time of booking. We can also quote and sell cancellation insurance and medical insurance.
The usual deposit for groups is $150.00 per person and this is non-refundable (unless you have cancellation insurance). The final payment is usually due 60 days before departure.
We need to book the minimum number of guests all at once and apply deposit. After that, we can usually add to the group, but the space is not guaranteed.  It is better to get everyone on board at once!

If this happens, then you no longer qualify as a group.  Your vacation would be re-priced by the supplier, and you would no longer receive block seating on the plane.

This changes from year to year – in 2023 we had direct flights from Victoria to Cancun, Puerto Vallarta, and San Jose del Cabo. Direct flights usually happen only a couple of times per week – so flexibility is key here!

Depending on the supplier and their current promotions, you may be protected for a one-time price drop guarantee, please ask us at time of booking.

Group Cruise Vacations FAQ'S

Most cruise lines offer group rates and benefits with a minimum of 8 cabins (16 adults).

A unique advantage of booking a group cruise is that it can be individualized to suit each different type of traveler! When we make a group booking for you, we can hold different types of staterooms and then add on various options.  Some guests need Wifi, some guests love a drink package, some families need entertainment for kids.  Cruises have it all!

There are many different cruises lines, and each have their own wonderful style.  Tell us about you and your group, and the activities you like to do, and we will suggest a cruise line that fits!

One of the first considerations will be how far you want to travel to get to your embarkation port!  We are fortunate to have Vancouver, Seattle, San Diego and Los Angeles here on the West Coast.  The world is your oyster from here! The best cruise tip: ALWAYS fly to the port city the day before your cruise!
